The PACE conference program features timely, thought-provoking and educational sound topics that are relevant to Paramedics, critical care providers, Paramedic educators, Paramedic medical advisors, Paramedic administrators and managers.

PAC is committed to the Renewal of the National Occupational Competency Profile (NOCP), the development of a National Examination, and development of a National Registry

To build the capacity of Paramedicine, advance the profession & contribute to Canada’s well-being

Canadian and international speakers focusing on innovation & the future of Paramedicine across
Breakout sessions where colleagues share real community struggles & successes
Study tours are organized for Monday afternoon so delegates can explore the region of local attractions & industry
Delegates from previous PACE conferences were invited to attend & participate as exhibitors

Results
More than 150 attendees and 40 exhibitors
Conference attendees were impressed with the quality & lineup of speakers particularly Kaleb Dahlgren, Crossroads bestseller, Humboldt Broncos survivor, Jodi Wilson-Raybould, Former Member of Parliament and Kevin Vickers, hailed a hero for his actions in stopping the October 2014 attack on the Parliament of Canada
Tours and Ride Alongs & tours of Crestline Coache Lts. were organized so delegates could educate themselves on local procedures and inventions
Challenges
TEM was hired only 5 months prior to the conference referred by Discover Saskatoon to ensure PAC was a success
Hotel contracts was signed prior to COVID & TEM’s involvement obligating attrition at a cost of over $12,000 – TEM was able to negotiate a respectful reduction
